East Kent Farm House

This is an incredible transformation of a very rundown 14 room Kent Farmhouse. Our brief was to modernise the property, bringing it up to comply with modern safety and build regulation standards while maintaining the core value of this beautiful home. Every room in the property was gutted and reimagined, creating new rooms and spaces for future guests.

Kitchen – This space is completely bespoke design and build, every grain in the Oak flows around the whole space like wallpaper on the walls. Luxury finishes, larger bespoke storage with seating and SMART solutions leave the heart of this home to set the scene.

Guest Room Ensuite – Our clients wanted to have a dedicated area for guests to come and experience their home. The previous spare room offered nothing but a bland, and grubby space. Our Interior Designers gave them a lot more than they asked for! An outstanding, calm design, high end finishes and a completely new guest ensuite area included.

Master – This room was totally redesigned to include a large, creatively considered wet room. An escape way from the hustle and bustle of life, we wanted to create this room into a very special area, complete with bespoke double wardrobes.

Living Room – Originally a very cluttered and dark room was redesigned into this homely and welcoming space, bespoke panelling and furniture. The original FAUX chimney has now been transformed into a working, efficient Bio-ethanol centre piece.

Home Office and TV Snug – A derelict room for storage is now full of purpose. Home Offices are a big way forward and this bespoke office with beautiful solid oak worktop and soft furnishings is a great way to start the day. Leading into a cosy, designed and created TV snug room with bespoke storage and flow through new solid oak flooring.

Entrance – Completed new design with bespoke storage and tiling throughout. Including a downstairs W/C with unique sink, shelving and tile finish.

Main Bathroom – A complete transformation from the old rundown, confined space. This new bathroom is fresh, calm and perfectly complements this home and it’s Kent county surroundings! Featuring Jack and Jill door access and electric waterfall shower.
