Reuben started his career as an apprentice for a local well established local, family run firm.
With them he was able to learn not just the specific skills of a Carpenter, but how to achieve a clients vision, to work to a brief, to know when and how to go the extra mile.
After gaining his level 3 qualifications in both Carpentry and Joinery, he continued to work with them, further honing his skills and knowledge.
When the time was right, the decision was made to go it alone, and Woodstock was born.
This led to a stint working closely as a subcontractor for a specialist Period Home restoration company where more insight into the specific peculiarities of older buildings was gained.
Throughout his career, Reuben has been fortunate to meet and work along with many highly skilled craftsmen, whose knowledge and expertise now make the service he can provide of the highest quality.
What this means is that, whatever the client needs, we have the knowledge for the job, or the right man for the job.
